I'm Tristin, a young technology teen from the USA. I've been in the tech world since 2019, when my dad brought home a Raspberry PI 3, of which I still have to this day. Since receiving that PI 3, I've expanded my knowledge, taking almost every local opportunity I can. I have basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, computer components, Network engineering, and can read most code and make sense of it. I have my own home lab for general testing, composed of a Dell PowerEdge R515, Netgear Switch and access point. Learn more about my home lab at my youtube channel.

Farm Hand + Business IT

While I know that is a weird combo, I am currently working for Cactus Ranch as a farm hand and business IT
As a farm hand, I am cleaning animal enclosures, assisting and feeding livestock, operating tractors, mowers, weed-eaters, maintaining water systems, and managing 'waste'.
For the business IT, I am setting up and maintaining a TrueNAS server for storing animal information, finances, and more. I help with the access points, general help-desk type situations with computer's and tablets, help run ethernet to different locations, and more.

I helped customers with their game servers, by helping trouble shoot errors, crashes, mods, their servers' network configuration, and more.
I had the opportunity to use the administration side of Pterodactyl for the customers RAM, CPU, and storage configuration.
